All year round - Provisional bookings held. Final numbers (including any vegetarian options) and a deposit of 50% of the total final bill to hold the booking and full payment due twenty-one days prior to the show.

10. How do I make a booking?
The first stage is to send an enquiry to us or to give us a call. We will then put together a custom brochure for you, with various options keeping in mind your budget and requirement. Once you are happy with the quote and venue, it is simply a case of checking availability and paying a minimal deposit to hold your booking. Any payments can be taken by credit card over the phone/fax/email (for no additional charge), or if you prefer by cheque.
