Definitions

"user" means someone who has signed up online for party information "supplier" means someone who has agreed for their companies information to be shown on the site. "Listing" means the page with contact information on the supplier.

The Content is for your personal use only and you may download the Content onto only one computer hard drive. PAYMENT

All Payments taken by credit card or cheque.

Credit card Payments can be made by Master Card, Visa/Visa Debit.

Agreed payment to partybookings will be debited from your account before confirming the bookings.

We also accept payment by cheque; however the booking confirmation cannot be sent or initiated until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to: 'Internetworld Solutions Ltd'. The address is 25 Medway Street, London , SW1P 2BD.

You may also order by telephone, by calling Monday to Friday during normal office hours. Please have to hand the details of the products you wish to purchase and the method of payment.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Theatre Breaks: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refund for the theatre breaks

Party and Event bookings: Partybookings collects only deposits for all the Party/Events. Deposit for the event is required at the time of booking. Remaining amount of the total booking can/must be paid directly to the venue.

CANCELLATION

Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us (by post, telephone or email). Cancellations made directly with the venue will not be effective. Venue Cancellation rules apply for all our bookings. Partybookings will process the cancellation on behalf of their client. The following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) canceling excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges. Insurance premiums and amendment charges are not refundable or transferable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply canceling.

Partybookings does not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of any party, or for any delays as a result of:-

Strikes, Riots or Lockouts affecting any trade.

Adverse weather conditions.

Loss, damage or cancellation due to Fire, Flood or any other cause beyond its control.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and in the unlikely event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The liability of Internetworld solutions ltd in respect of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including applied Terms shall not extend any consequential loss whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
